I’m a mom of three, a women’s health registered nurse turned fitness coach, and someone who knows what it feels like to lose yourself in the chaos of life—and fight to get that spark back. I started working out after my first born, not just to change how I looked, but to reconnect with who I was underneath the tiredness, the stress, and the responsibilities. Fitness became my therapy, my reset, and eventually, my calling.
